摘 要:探索与实践了基于问题引导的伤寒论双案例教学法。基于问题引导,层层递进启发学生思考。双案例主要有正反、递进、类比、误治、修正、传经、经腑、本坏、拓展、接轨等10种模式,还可演变为多案例、案例群,启发学生领悟《伤寒论》"辨"和"变"的思维,在教学中取得了满意效果。The double-case teaching method based on problem-guided way for course of Shanghan Lun (Treatise on Cold Damage Diseases) is explored and practiced. The problem-guided way is applied to enlighten students to think progressively. The double-case teaching method includes 10 modes: positive and negative, progressive, analogy, erroneous treatment, amendment, meridian transmission, meridian pattern and fu-organ pattern, origin disease and mistreated disease, expansion and connection, and they can evolve to multiple cases and case groups. The method inspires students to comprehend the thought of differentiation and change in Shanghan Lun, and has obtained satisfied teaching results.
