摘　　要：姜良铎教授提出"辨治外感病,当重视人体体质差异和内伤因素对外感病的影响"的观点,肾系内伤基础上的外感是一种发生在肾系疾病基础上,并有外感临床表现的整体疾病状态,有其特殊性:(1)较常人更易外感,发病隐匿,外感症状和肾病虚损并见,病势缠绵,(2)患者年龄、肾病病程、体质和邪气性质等因素均可影响证候和疾病发展趋势;(3)治疗时应全面采集信息,"从状态论治"。Professor JIANG Liangduo proposes the treatment of exogenous febrile disease should attach importance to the constitution and internal injuries of patients. Exogenous febrile disease based on renal injures is a holistic disease state with exogenous symptoms based on renal diseases. The features are as follows： ① The patient with renal disease is easy to get exogenous disease, and hidden morbidity, the disease is complicated. ②The age, disease stage and exogenous features could influence the syndrome and development trend. ③The treatment should according to status of patients and collect information comprehensively.
