摘 要:为探究重载交通荷载和不均匀腐蚀作用对钢筋混凝土梁可靠性能的影响,根据某服役公路桥梁缩尺设计了7根预应力钢筋混凝土梁。对经过海水浸泡和电化学腐蚀的试件,进行了静载及疲劳试验,结合未腐蚀梁试验结果对试件的疲劳寿命、破坏形态等随荷载上限的变化规律进行了分析。研究表明:腐蚀后的试件延性变差,承载力降低了约8%,开裂荷载也明显下降了25%,试验梁的抗疲劳能力显著下降,高疲劳上限试件更甚。In order to study the impact of heavy traffic loads and uneven corrosive effect on the reliability of reinforced concrete beam, seven prestressed RC beams have been designed with reduced scale from a service bridge. Static loading and fatigue tests were carried out on the specimens with seawater immersion and electrochemical corrosion. The fatigue life and failure mode of the specimens and some laws with the change of the upper bound of the load were analyzed. The study shows that the ductility of corroded specimens is poor, the bearing capacity is reduced by about 8% , and the cracking load is decreased by 25%. The fatigue resistance of the test beam is also significantly decreased, and the specimen which have higher fatigue load upper limit is worse.
