摘　　要：目的：通过经三阴三阳刺血药罐法治疗膝半月板损伤临床观察,在临床上推广应用此方法.方法：在辨病辨证的基础上选用三阳经穴梁丘、阳陵泉、委中和三阴经穴血海、膝关、阴谷刺血后吸拔自制药罐.结果：50例患者经2个疗程的治疗,痊愈47例,好转3例,未愈0例,治愈率94％,总有效率100％.结论：三阴三阳刺血药罐法穴位刺血与中药相结合,疗效确切,优势明显,是治疗膝关节半月板损伤一种行之有效的方法.Objective： Through the three yin Sanyang pricking blood medicinal cupping clinical observation on the treatment of knee meniscus injury, this Method： in the clinical application, nethod：s Three yang meridians Liangqiu, Yanglingquan, Wei and three yin meridians of knee, Xuehai, Yin Valley blood pricking cupping after homemade medicine tank used in differentiation of diseases on the basis of. Result： 50 patients after 2 cycles of treatment, 47 cases were cured, 3 cases improved, 0 cases ineffective, the cure rate was 94%, the total efficiency of 100%. Conclusion： Three yin Sanyang pricking blood medicinal cupping pricking blood therapy combined with Chinese medicine, curative effect and obvious advantages, is an effective treatment of knee meniscus injury Method.
