摘  要:近来,越来越多的研究关注骨髓脂肪组织与骨质疏松的关系.从传统的细胞学层面看,骨质疏松主要由成骨细胞与破骨细胞之间的功能失衡引起.事实上,占机体骨髓细胞(主要是黄骨髓)很大比例的骨髓脂肪细胞也是骨代谢平衡的重要参与者,随年龄增大,其比例逐渐增加.骨髓脂肪细胞与成骨细胞均分化自骨髓间充质干细胞,一般认为,两者之间存在此消彼长的关系.研究骨髓脂肪细胞与骨细胞间的关系有助于探寻骨质疏松的发病机制和启发骨质疏松诊断治疗的新思路.本文就骨髓脂肪与骨质疏松关系的最新进展予以综述.Recently,more and more researches focus on the relationship between bone marrow fat and osteoporosis.From a pathological point of view, osteoporosis is traditionally regarded as the dysfunction of osteoblastic bone formation and osteoclastic bone resorption.Actually, bone marrow adipose tissue that constitutes a large proportion of bone marrow cells is indispensable for the balance of bone metabolism.Bone marrow fat, which is abundant in yellow bone marrow, increases gradually with aging.Bone marrow adipocytes and osteoblasts differentiate from a common progenitor, bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells(BMSCs).It is generally acknowledged that they are reciprocal repellent in the process of BMSC differentiation.Exploring the association between bone marrow adipocytes and osteoporosis is critical for better understanding its role in the pathogenesis and the future treatment of osteoporosis.In this review, we summary the recent progress in the association between bone marrow adipocytes and osteoporosis.
