摘　　要："丝绸之路经济带"建设与"光明之路"新经济政策对接为中哈两国农业合作带来了新机遇,推动两国农业战略地位不断提高,基础设施不断改善,保障措施不断完善,"走出去"需求不断提高等,不仅有利于实现哈萨克斯坦新经济政策的民生目标,还有利于提振沿线国家对中国"一带一路"倡议的信心,丰富了政策对接的内涵。但随着战略对接的深入,农业合作也将面临大国消极因素、农业投资敏感性强等挑战。中哈农业合作需要以战略政策对接为指导,以建成若干示范项目为目标,以建成"丝绸之路经济带"沿线重要农用物资贸易物流集散枢纽为定位,不断深化两国农业合作。为保障农业合作顺利开展,建议在机制、政策、资金、人才和信息等方面加强保障。The joint of the construction of Silk Road Economic Belt and the new economic policy of Glory Way brings new opportunities for agricultural cooperation between China and Kazakhstan, including the enhancement of the strategic status of agriculture, the improvement of the infrastructure and supporting measures and the increasing demand for going global, which will contribute greatly not only to realize the livelihood goal of the new economic policy in Kazakhstan, but also to restore the faith of the countries along the Belt and Road to China’s the Belt and Road proposition and to enrich the content of the joint of the policies.However, with the deepening of the strategy joint, there are also some challenges for the agricultural cooperation between China and Kazakhstan, such as the negative influence of the major powers and the strong sensitivity of agricultural investment. To deepen the cooperation between China and Kazakhstan, we should take the joint of the policies as guidance, take the constructions of specific projects as goals and take the establishment of important agricultural material trade logistic hubs along the Belt and Road as main task. To ensure the development of the cooperation between China and Kazakhstan, the two governments should offer supports on the aspects of mechanism, policy, capital, talent resource and information.
