摘　　要：目的优化军队离退休干部医疗保健服务模式,减少老干部就诊次数、等待时间、住院天数及诊疗费用。方法本院组建医疗服务团队,建立军队离退休干部主动式医疗保健服务新模式,采取一系列主动医疗服务措施。结果新模式工作开展以来,老干部年均门诊就诊次数由20次降低到2~3次,年均住院日由98.3天降至20.2天,年诊疗费用由37.8万元降至5.4万元。结论主动式医疗保健服务新模式能有效发挥医疗资源效能,提高诊疗效率和老干部生活质量,该模式与国家卫计委推行的家庭病房契合,有一定的推广应用价值,对患者大医院诊疗拥堵有较好的作用。Objective To optimize the medical service mode of retired military cadres and decrease their treatment frequency,waiting time,length of hospital stay and medical expenses. Methods A medical service team was set up in the hospital; the new model of active medical care service for retired military cadres was established; and a series of active medical service measures were adopted. Results Since the implementation of the new model,the frequency of annual outpatient visits from the retired military cadres has been reduced from 20 times to 2-3 times,the average length of annual hospitalization has decreased from 98.3 days to 20.2 days,and the annual medical expenses have been reduced from 378,000 yuan to 54,000 yuan. Conclusion The new model of active health care service can effectively promote the potency of medical resources and improve the efficiency of diagnosis and treatment and the life quality of retired military cadres. The model is in line with the family ward implemented by the National Health and Family Planning Commission,and thus,is worthy of popularization for its effects in relieving the overwhelmed diagnosis and treatment in large hospitals.
