摘　　要：健康管理是对个体或群体的健康进行全面监测、分析、评估,提供健康咨询和指导以及对健康危险因素进行干预的全过程。构建完善的飞行人员健康管理模式,遵循全员、全程、全科、个性化、互动性、制度化等原则,树立先进的健康管理理念,这对于提高飞行人员健康管理水平,延长飞行年限,节约军费开支,增强军队战斗力具有重要的意义。Health management is the process of monitoring,analyzing and evaluating the health condition of an individual or a group,providing them with health advice and guidance,and intervening risk factors threatening health. Establishing a thorough flight crew health management model,abiding by the all-crew,whole-course,general,personalized,interactive,institutionalized principles,and setting up advanced health management idea are of great importance to promoting the management level,extending aviator service span,saving military expenses and enhancing combat capability of the air force.
