摘  要:目的优化入院服务流程,提高医疗服务质效,提升就医体验。方法运用系统理论和流程管理理论,基于信息化支撑再造入院服务全流程。结果信息化入院服务全流程再造实现一站式入院服务,缩短患者及家属时间,减少患者折返,提升床位使用率和患者满意度。结论基于信息化支撑的入院服务全流程为优化、改善医疗服务提供借鉴。Objective To optimize admission service process, to improve efficiency and quality of medical service, and to enhance patients' experience of medical treatment. Methods The concepts of information technology and process management were adopted to achieve one -stop admission service by reengineering the whole process of admission service based on informatization. Results The comprehensive informational reengineering of admission service process helped achieve the one - stop admission service, shortened treatment time of patients and their family, lowered patients' return rate, and improved bed utilization and patients' satisfaction. Conclusion The comprehensive informational reengineering of admission service process provides a reference for optimizing the process and improving medical service.
