摘　　要：目的全面了解学员对《军队医院管理学》课程授课内容需求。方法采用自行设计的调查问卷,分别调查某军医大学卫生事业管理专业两个年级本科学员45人。结果本科学员对医院管理专业学习需求侧重于医院核心竞争力、医疗安全管理、医疗质量管理等内容,对于医院人力资源管理、医疗器械管理等内容需求较小。结论重视学员教学需求,适当调整授课内容,增加具体医疗纠纷处理等的案例分析和实践环节。Objective To investigate students＇ needs for teaching content of Military Hospital Administration in a military academy. Methods A questionnaire was designed to investigate 45 undergraduates of two grades majoring in health service management in a military medical university. Results In terms of Military Hospital Administration,undergraduates showed more needs for such contents as the core competitiveness of a hospital,medical safety management,medical quality management,less for human resource management and medical equipment management. Conclusion Students＇ needs for teaching should be emphasized more,by adjusting teaching content and adding case analysis and practice of handling specific medical disputes.
