甘肃枸杞种苗分级标准及其田间验证试验研究

摘　　要：为了研究制定甘肃枸杞(Lycium bararum L.)种苗分级标准,采用主成分分析和平均值±标准差法,对影响枸杞1年生硬枝扦插苗质量的主要因素进行了分析。指出根量和地径为分级质量指标,I级苗:根数>8,地径>9mm;Ⅱ级苗:根数3~8条,地径4~9mm;Ⅲ级苗:根数<3条,地径<4mm。在定植第50天时,I级苗、Ⅱ级苗和Ⅲ级苗的成活率分别为95.38%、92.84%和84.44%,I级苗与Ⅱ级苗成活率差异不明显,与Ⅲ级苗差异显著(P<0.05);枝条初期生长量分别为45.38cm、35.04cm和16.76cm,处理间差异达到显著水平(P<0.01)。一个生长季节后,I级苗、Ⅱ级苗和Ⅲ级苗的地径粗度分别为20.66cm、15.58cm和12.18cm,株高分别为125.87cm、93.67cm和67.67cm,冠幅直径分别为126.83cm、97.33cm和79.50cm,干果产量分别为68.59g/株、46.69g/株和17.11g/株,处理间四项指标差异均达到显著水平(P<0.01)。本研究提出的枸杞种苗分级标准符合生产实际,对枸杞种苗生产和销售具有指导意义。In order to draw up the grading standard of Lycium bararum L.seedlings,the principal components affecting the quality of one year hardwood cottage seedlings are tested,based on the principal component analysis and the mean±standard deviation.Roots＇ number and basal diameter are determined as the quality indexes for the seedling grading.The 1 st grade seedlings（I）had more than 8roots and the basal diameters of more than 9mm,the 2nd grade seedlings（Ⅱ）having 3-8 roots and basal diameters between 4-9mm,the 3rd grade seedlings（Ⅲ）having less than 3 roots and basal diameters of less than 4mm.On the 50 th day after field planting,the survival rates of Ⅰ,Ⅱ and Ⅲ are 95.38%、92.84% and 84.44% respectively,the survival rates of Ⅰand Ⅱ not showing significant difference,the survival difference of Ⅰ and Ⅲ reaching significant level（P0.05）;The branch growth of Ⅰ,Ⅱ and Ⅲ are 45.38 cm,35.04 cm and 16.76 cm,the differences reaching significant level（P0.01）.After one growing season,the basal diameters of Ⅰ,Ⅱ and Ⅲ are 20.66 cm,15.58 cm and 12.18 cm,the plant heights of Ⅰ,Ⅱ and Ⅲ being 125.87 cm,93.67 cm and 67.67 cm,the crown diameters of Ⅰ,Ⅱ and Ⅲ being 126.83 cm,97.33 cm and 79.50 cm,the dry fruit yields of Ⅰ,Ⅱ and Ⅲ being 68.59g/plant,46.69g/plant and 17.11g/plant.The respective differences of basal diameters,plant heights,crown diameters and dry fruit yields of Ⅰ,Ⅱ and Ⅲ reached the significant levels（P0.01）,which meant that the grading standard of Gansu＇s Goji seedlings conformed to production practice and could guide the production and sale of the seedlings.
