脂肪酶ZG在制革工艺中的应用研究

摘　　要：无毒、无害、少污染的酶法脱脂是近年来制革清洁生产技术的重要研究方向之一。通过脂肪酶ZG和脂肪酶G20的猪皮脱脂能力对比试验发现:脂肪酶ZG的脱脂效果比脂肪酶G20略差,但表现出较好的脱脂性能,成革抗张强度和收缩温度均已达到服装革的国家标准。对脂肪酶中的蛋白酶活力测定研究发现:和脂肪酶G20一样,脂肪酶ZG中的蛋白酶活力几乎为零,表明用于生皮脱脂是比较安全的。猪皮的脱脂试验表明:脂肪酶ZG的脱脂率高于非离子型脱脂剂YF的13.65%,尤其在主浸水和软化中的脱脂效果较好。脂肪酶ZG应用于绵羊皮的脱脂试验,发现两步法脱脂率较一步法高7.2%。脂肪酶ZG的山羊皮脱脂试验表明:用一步法脱脂1.5h为宜。The non-toxic, harmless and less-pollution enzymatic degreasing is one of the important research direc- tions in clean production of leather making in recent years. The degreasing experiments show that though the degrea- sing effects of lipase ZG for pigskins are a little poorer than that of lipase G20, it still has powerful degreasing ability, and the tensile strength and Ts of the resultant leather degreased by lipase ZG meet the national standards of garment leather. The tests of protease activity of lipase ZG and G20 indicate that their protease activity is almost near zero, which means the application of lipase ZG in leather making is safety. The degreasing experiments of pigskins show that the degreasing rate of lipase ZG is higher than that of non-ionic degreaser YF by 13.65%, especially in soaking and bating process. The degreasing experiments of lipase ZG indicate that the two,step degreasing rate of sheepskins is higher than that of one-step by 7.2%. The one-step degreasing for 1.5h is good for goatskins.
