摘  要:在制定有效评价市场上声称抗菌防霉鞋产品及鞋类部件的抗菌防霉性能的评价方法过程中,选取代表性试验菌种是最为关键一步。通过研究鞋类产品特点、医学上引起足部疾病的菌种以及对与鞋材相关的抗菌防霉标准进行研究与比较,指出在抗菌防霉评价方法研制时,可考虑酵母菌(白色念珠菌)作为必选试验菌种。除此之外,根据所声称性能来选取丝状真菌,如鞋类或鞋类部件声称防霉,可将霉菌(黑曲霉)作为试验菌种,如果鞋类或鞋类部件声称抗癣,可将须发癣菌作为其菌种。Choosing the representative testing strains is a critical step when drafting an evaluation method to assess antifungal activity of footwear and footwear components sold in market which are claimed to have antifungal or anti- mold performance. Through investigation of three aspects including footwear and footwear components characters, the kind of micro-fungi which cause foot disease in medical field, and comparison of the relevant antifungal testing standards of footwear raw materials, it suggests that yeast (Candida albicans) is the mandatory testing strain. Besides yeast (Candida albicans), choosing filamentous micro-fungi de- pending on the claim: if footwear or footwear components are claimed to have activity against mould, testing of one mould strain ( aspergillus sp. ) shall be performed. If footwear and footwear components are claimed to have activity against dermatophytes, tes- ting of trichophyton mentagrophytes shall be performed.
