摘  要:为给某矿充填系统提供设计与运行参数,对充填材料进行了试验参数测试,试验结果显示,全尾砂体积质量为2.988g/cm3,平均粒径为56.77μm,其中-38μm颗粒质量分数为41.21%;当充填料浆质量分数为70%且配比较高时,充填料浆固结硬化正常,试块制作后24h即可抹面,整体性较好,灰砂比为1∶4、1∶6、1∶8的试块28d强度为3.87~1.31 MPa,能够满足60m中段高度矿体开采对充填体力学性能的要求。The parameters for filling materials test were meas- ured to provide the design and operating parameters for the filling system in an iron mine. The measurenaent results showed that the whole tailing is 2. 988 g/cm^3 in volume weight and is 56.77μm inaverage particle size, of which, the content of -38 m particle fraction is 41.21%. When the filling slurry concentration is 70% and the ratio is relatively high,the solidification of tailings filling slurry is normal and the face work can be done 24 hours after the test block is made in good integrity. The 28 d strength of test block at the cement-sand ratio of 1 : 4, 1 : 6, 1 - 8 is 3.87- 1.31 MPa, which can meet the requirements of mechanical per- formance of backfill by mining the ore body in the level 60 m.
