德国经验对我国老旧集合住宅改造的启示

摘　　要：在我国城市发展由"增量"转"存量"的背景下,城市建区的老旧集合住宅改造的重要性日趋凸显。德国在集合住宅改造的实践中已经形成一整套适合自身国情的住宅改造体系。本文梳理德国在集合住宅改造方面的经验,并总结我国住宅改造中所存在的问题。从改造机制与改造方法方面提出我国老旧集合住宅改造的优化方向,进而为我国老旧集合住宅改造提供一定的参考。In the context of China＇s urban development from ＂incremental＂ to ＂stock＂ , the renovation for multi-storey apartment in the built-up urban area has become more and more important. Germany has already found a mature renovation system which is fit to its own national situation. The paper has combed the experience of the renovation for multi-storey apartment in Germany and summarized the problems in the renovation of China. The thesis can put forward the optimization direction of the renovation policy and methods for the renovation of multi-storey apartment in our country and provide a valuable reference.
