摘　　要：高山村在生态环境、社会经济发展上具有特殊性,是贫困人口分布相对集中区域;是特色自然景观、生态环境和乡土文化的富集区;是城乡统筹、实现全面小康和新农村建设目标的关键区域。本文结合现有研究与实践的梳理,总结并提出高山村概念,运用引入地理信息大数据与空间分析手段的识别方法开展重庆市高山村的实证研究,以及在不同的资源禀赋和发展条件下的差异性,为高山村有针对性的扶贫与特色化发展提供依据。High hill village has obviously ecological environment and social economic development. High hill villages are both poor population concentrated area and frequently natural resources and human resources concentrated area. It is also the key region for the goals achievement of urban and rural development balance. Combing the existing research and practice, this paper summarizes and puts forward the concept of ＂high hill village＂ .Using the geographic information data and spatial analysis method, this paper carries out an empirical study on the high hill village of Chongqing and finds the difference of high hill village under different resource endowments and development conditions. It provides the basis for thepoverty alleviation and characteristic development of high hill Village.
