摘　　要：上海建工产业化基地由七十年代厂房改造而成,改建后成为集绿色节能办公、创新科技、技术研发、生产加工为一体的多功能产业综合体。本文介绍建筑群内外空间改造的设计理念,美国绿色建筑LEED白金奖在本项目的策划设计实施,以及预制混凝土大板干挂技术在外立面设计中的应用。The industrial base of Shanghai Construction Industry is transformed from the factory of the 1970s. After the alteration, it has become a multi- functional industrial complex integrating green energy-saving office, innovation and technology, technology researchand development, production and processing. This paper introduces the design concept of interior and exterior space reconstruction of buildings, the planning and design of the LEED Platinum Award of American Green Building, and the application of prefabricated concrete slab dry hanging technology in facade design.
