浅谈SaaS系统对中小企业信息化的作用

摘　　要：分析了Saa S系统以及中小企业开展信息化管理工作过程中存在的压力,如:资金压力;专业人才压力;规范管理压力;经营压力。研究Saa S系统应用在中小企业管理中的优势,即:减少企业的运行成本;降低了实施风险;降低企业的维护成本;推进信息化的进程。论述Saa S应用在中小企业管理中存在的问题,如:对提供商依赖问题;企业后期财务成本问题;企业的个性化需求问题;信息系统实施管理问题;数据安全问题。提出Saa S系统应用在中小企业中需注意的问题,即:从企业自身需要出发;谨慎选择Saa S服务提供商;经营管理流程优化;加强风险控制。This paper analyzes the Saa S system, and the existing pressure in the process of information management in SMEs,such as： financial pressure; professional pressure; normative management pressure; operating pressure. Studies the advantages of Saa S system in SMEs management, i.e., reduce the operating costs of enterprises, reduce the implementation risks, reduce the maintenance costs of enterprises, and promote the process of information technology. Discusses the problems existing in the application of Saa S in SMEs management, such as： dependence on providers; late financial cost; individual demands of enterprise;implementation and management of information system; data security. And puts forward the things to be concerned in the application of Saa S system in SMEs, i.e., start from the enterprise＇s own needs; select Saa S service provider carefully; optimize the management process; strengthen the risk control.
