摘 要:探讨泡沫上浆中发泡参数对泡沫性能的影响。将氧化淀粉与聚丙烯酸混合调浆后加入十二烷基硫酸钠形成发泡原液,以罗氏发泡法测试的泡沫高度和机械搅拌发泡法测试的泡沫发泡倍率、泡沫半衰期、泡沫黏度作为表征指标,讨论了温度、搅拌速度、发泡剂质量分数与浆液浓度对发泡原液起泡能力与泡沫性能的影响。研究表明:发泡原液温度50℃,搅拌速度1 000r/min,发泡剂质量分数2%,浆液质量分数9%条件下所得泡沫具有较理想的上浆性能。认为:泡沫性能研究是泡沫上浆技术的基础。Influences of foaming parameters on foaming performance during foam sizing were discussed. The lauryl sodium sulfate was added into the mixed size of oxidized starch and polyacrylic acid to prepare foaming base solution. The foam height tested by Roche foaming method and the foaming ratio, foaming half-time period and foaming viscosity tested by mechanical stirring foaming method were taken as evaluation indexes. The influence of temperature, stirring speed, foaming agent mass fraction and sizing concentration on the foaming ability and foa- ming property of foaming base solution were discussed. The research results show that the foam has better sizing property,which is obtained when the temperature of foaming base solution is 50℃, the stirring speed is 1 000 r/min,the mass fraction of foaming agent is 2% and the size mass fraction is 9%. It is considered that the foaming property study is the foundation of foam sizing technology.
