摘 要:探讨降低赛络纺棉双丝包芯纱长丝露白疵点的措施。通过对长丝装置进行改造和优化,合理分配长丝张力、优化长丝张力牵伸倍数和络筒电清参数,解决了长丝运行不稳定和络筒捻接问题,减少了长丝露白数量,使赛络纺C 32.4tex(T 83.3dtex+Pu 44dtex)双丝包芯竹节纱长丝露白问题得到较好解决。认为:降低双丝包芯纱长丝露白疵点能够有效提升布面质量。Measures to reduce the bare filament defects for siro spining cotton double filaments core-spun yarn were discussed. The unstable issue for filament running and splicing problem for winding were solved by transforming and optimizing the filament equipment,reasonable distribution of filament tension and the optimization of filamenttension draft multiple and electronic yarn cleaner parameters in unwinding. The bare filament count was reduced. The bare filament problem for C 32.4 tex(T 83.3 dtex+Pu 44 dtex)double filaments core-spun siro slubby yarn was well solved. It is considered that the decrease of bare filament defects in double filament core-spun yarn can improve the surface quality of fabrics.
