摘 要:总结一款异经异纬双层织物的生产技术要点。介绍了织物规格和竹节纱的相关参数;整经工序采取"小张力,低车速"的工艺原则;浆纱工序异经同浆,采取"高预烘,低主烘"的工艺配置;经轴退绕时两种经纱重叠区用布隔离,防止上下层纱断头后混淆;织造工序合理调节主、辅喷嘴气压,适当增加上机张力,合理调试上机工艺;最终确保了织机效率达92%以上,下机一等品率达98%的效果。认为:根据产品特点制定合理的工艺参数,可以保证产品的顺利生产。Production technology key points of a different warp and weft two-layer fabric were summarized. Fabric specification and associated parameters of slub yarn were introduced. Smaller tension and lower speed tech- nology principle was adopted in warping process. Higher predrying and lower drying technology configuration was adopted in sizing process. Different warps used the same size in sizing process. When the warp beam was un- wound,overlapping zone of two kinds of warps was separated by fabric to prevent the confusion above or below yarn breakage. Air-jet loom nozzle pressure was properly adjusted in weaving process and warp tension was properly increased. Weaving technology was properly adjusted. Finally loom efficiency was achieved above 92% and the first grade percentage before cloth repairing was up to 98%. It is considered that technology parameters are formulated according to production characteristics in order to ensure the smooth running of production.
