摘  要:针对内蒙古京能康巴什热电有限公司350 MW机组主汽轮机及给水泵、引风机汽轮机真空泵叶轮汽蚀及叶片断裂事故,结合水环式真空泵工作原理,提出加装大气喷射器的改造措施,以提高真空泵内部工作压力,达到消除真空泵汽蚀和改善叶轮工作环境的目的。对改造前后的真空泵性能、运行电流、噪声水平、汽蚀情况、凝汽器真空及经济性进行对比,结果证明改造效果良好,改造措施可供其他电厂参考。On the issue of the water ring vacuum pump impeller cavitation and blade fracture of the main engine and the small engine of the 350 MW unit in Inner Mongolia Jingneng Kangbashi Thermal Power Co.,Ltd.,combining with the working principle of water ring vacuum pump,put forward the transformation measures.Equip air ejector on the vacuum pump to increase the internal working pressure of the vacuum pump,thus eliminate the cavitation and improve the working environment of the impeller.The performance,operating current,noise level,cavitation condition,condenser vacuum and economical efficiency of vacuum pump before and after improvement are compared.The results of the comparison prove that the transformation efficiency is good.The transformation measure is also available for the similar transformation of other power plants.
