摘  要:采用红外成像检漏技术对10座不同电压等级变电站的GIS设备进行大范围SF6泄漏检测,发现泄漏缺陷52处。经分析不同位置存在相应的泄漏特点,家族性缺陷效应明显。并针对不同泄漏位置的缺陷类型,提出相应的处理意见。最后通过案例验证了采用密封胶进行带电密封处理,可有效处理SF_6压力表连接阀、管道等位置的泄漏缺陷,提高了带电检测与检修效率。Using infrared imaging leak detection technology for large scale of SF_6 leak detection in 10 substations with different voltage levels,obtained infrared image pattern of 52 defects with different leakage position.There were corresponding leakage characteristics in different locations and family defect effect was obvious.For defect types of different leak locations,put forward the corresponding treatment advice.Finally through the case,the method of sealing with sealant was verified,which could be targeted to deal with the leak defects of SF_6 pressure gauge connection valve,pipe and other locations,improved the efficiency of live detection and maintenance.
