摘　　要：目的分析宜昌市艾滋病流行特征及原因,为科学制定防控措施提供依据。方法利用"艾滋病综合防治信息系统"艾滋病监测数据,对1995-2015年宜昌市艾滋病疫情报告和流行病调查资料进行统计分析。结果1995-2015年共报告HIV/AIDS 720例,疫情呈明显上升趋势。男女比例为2.56∶1,近几年男性比例迅速增高;25~49岁人群仍然是病例高峰(占66.23%),15~24岁病例快速上升;发病人群主要集中在农民(占35.83%),但近年来大专以上学历学生病例迅速增加;"已婚有配偶"病例最多(占45.28%),未婚、离异或丧偶患者比例逐年增大;感染途径仍然以性传播方式为主,同性性传播比例迅速增大(占26.39%)。结论宜昌市近年来艾滋病流行呈现了新的特征,需加强综合防治措施,探索全社会参与防控新策略,遏制艾滋病传播与蔓延。Objective To analyze prevalent features and causes of AIDS in Yichang city ,and provide evidence for scientific prevention and control measures. Methods Based on the data of＂AIDS prevention and control information systems＂,the statistical analysis of AIDS epidemic report and survey data in Yichang from 1995 to 2015 were carried out. Results A total of 720 cases of HIV/AIDS were reported between 1995 and 2015,and the epidemic showed a clear upward trend. The ratio of male to female was 2.56;the ratio of male having AIDS had been increasing rapidly in recent years;patients aged 25-49 years old were still at the peak of risk（66.23%）;patients aged 15-24 years old had been rapidly rising;patients were mainly farmers （accounting for 35.83%）;AIDs patients who were with college degree or above level increased rapidly;＂Married with spouse＂cases were up to 45.28%;the unmarried,divorced or widowed increased gradually. Infection pathways were still mainly sexually transmitted ,and the proportion of homosexual transmission increased rapidly（26.39%）. Conclusion For the AIDS epidemic presented a new feature in Yichang in recent years. The comprehensive prevention and control measuresshould be strengthened , and new strategies which explore to curb the spread of AIDS required the participation of the whole society.
