摘 要:目的 探讨分权管理模式在精神科病房管理中的应用效果.方法 对我院实施分权管理模式前后采用护理规范化标准及护士自我价值调查表评价分权管理模式的应用效果.结果 分权管理模式实施后,精神科护理质量显著提高,其中病历书写、消毒隔离、基础护理、5S管理、收费管理、药物管理、护士礼仪等方面的问题较实施前明显降低(P〈0.05或0.01);护士自我价值调查表评分较实施前明显提高(P〈0.01).结论 精神科病房分权管理模式可以有效调动护士参与病房管理的积极性、主观能动性,激发护士的管理潜能,能有效提高护理工作质量.Objective To investigate the application effect of decentralized management model on nursing management in psychiatric ward. Methods Nursing normalization standard and nurse self-worth questionnaire were used to evaluate the application effect of decentralized management model before and after management. Results After decentralized management model, nursing quality of psychiatric ward was obvi ously increased, issues of medical writing, antisepsis quarantine, basic nursing, 5S management, toll administration, pharmaceutical administration, nursing etiquette in psychiatric ward were significantly lowered compared with before (P〈0.05 or 0.01) ; scores of nurse self-worth questionnaire were significantly increased compared with before implement (P〈0.01). Conclusion Decentralized management model in psychiatric ward can effectively arouse the enthusiasm and conscious activity of partieipation in ward management, inspire managerial potential, and can effectively improve nursing work quality.
