菏泽市精准扶贫的实施路径及绩效提升机制探究

摘　　要：精准扶贫是中国扶贫开发领域的制度创新。在调查的基础上,总结了菏泽市精准扶贫的现状及取得的成绩,分析了精准扶贫在实施过程中面临的挑战,并提出了精准扶贫的实施路径。一是建立"三位一体"综合性的精准扶贫绩效评价体系;二是充分发挥"互联网+"在精准扶贫中的作用;三是重视精神扶贫和教育扶贫,截断贫困的代际传递,从根本上消除贫困。Targeted poverty alleviation is an innovation of poverty relief and development in China. On the basis of investigation,this paper summarizes the present situation and achievements of poverty alleviation in Heze,analyzes the challenges in the implementation of poverty alleviation,and puts forward the implementation path of poverty alleviation. The first is to establish a three-in-one evaluation system of poverty alleviation achievements.The second is to give full play to the role of internet ＋ in poverty alleviation practice. Finally,it is to pay attention to the spiritual and educational poverty to cut off the generation transmission and eliminate poverty fundamentally.
