摘　　要：学生就业问题的有效解决是实现中外合作办学可持续发展的关键。通过研究与分析中外合作办学的目标和途径,梳理出了中外合作办学学生就业的协同发展思路,提出了中外合作办学学生就业协同策略:生涯发展与兴趣协同,树立就业观念;外语水平与专业技能协同,提高就业能力;实习、见习与就业的协同,提升就业成功率;国内和国外的协同,扩展就业空间;就业资源的协同,建立立体化的就业模式。The effective solution to the problem of student employment is the key to the sustainable development of Sino-foreign cooperative education. The paper analyzes the target and operating ways,finds out the development ideas of employment for Sino foreign cooperative students and puts forward the coordination strategies,including career development and interest coordination to establish the concept of employment,foreign language level and professional skills coordination to enhance employability,practice,internships and employment coordination to improve the success rate of employment,domestic and foreign coordination to expand the employment space and employment resource coordination to establish the three dimensional model of employment.
