大黄浸液洗胃对急性百草枯中毒兔肺保护的研究

摘　　要：目的探讨不同剂量的大黄浸液洗胃对百草枯中毒兔肺的保护作用。方法选用健康新西兰大耳兔50只,随机分为正常对照组、中毒对照组、大黄干预A组、大黄干预B组和大黄干预C组,每组10只。实验后第7d和14d各处死5只,取血观察TNF-α和IL-6的水平变化及取肺组织进行病理学观察。结果大黄干预A组、B组和C组TNF-α水平在染毒7d及14d后,与染毒对照组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01);各组与同组染毒7d后比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。染毒14d后大黄干预A组、B组和C组IL-6水平与染毒对照组比较,差异也有统计学意义(P<0.01);各组与同组染毒7d后比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。大黄干预C组在染毒7d及14d后TNF-α和IL-6水平与A组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。肺组织病理学观察大黄干预C组染毒兔肺泡隔增宽,肺间质无炎症细胞浸润和出血。结论大黄对百草枯中毒肺损伤有保护作用。Objective To investigate the protective effect by different doses of rhubarb lixivium gastrolavage after acute paraquat poisoning in rabbits. Methods Choose 50 rabbits were randomly divided into normal control group,poisoning control group,rhubarb intervention group A,B and C,ten in each group. after 7 and 14 days,five rabbits were killed in each groupe. Each rabbit were taken blood to observe the level of TNF-α and IL-6 and take the lung tissue on pathology observation. Results Rhubarb intervention group A,B and C levels of TNF-α and IL-6 after poisoned 7d and 14 d were low respectively compared with poisoning control group（P〈0.01）;levels of TNF-α and IL-6 on poisoned 14 d were low respectively compared with poisoned 7d（P〈0.05）. TNF-α and IL-6 levels on rhubarb intervention group C after poisoned 7d and 14 d respectively compared with group A were low（P〈0.01）. Lung tissue pathology observation only showed alveolar septum broadening,without pulm-onary interstitial inflammatory cell infiltration and hemorrhage on rhubarb intervention group C. Conclusion Rhubarb lixivium has a protective effect on lung injury after paraquat poisoning.
