摘 要:采用茶皂素对绢棉织物进行前处理,通过三因素三因子正交实验,分析不同工艺参数对半成品质量的影响,得出茶皂素用于绢棉织物前处理的优化工艺组合为A3B2C3,即茶皂素用量对织物重8%,浸渍温度90℃,浸渍时间60 min。用此工艺进行试验,测得织物白度为79.68%,经纬向强力分别为308 N和238 N,经向、纬向的毛效分别为3.4 cm/30 min和6.8 cm/30 min,失重率为8.2%。Tea saponin was applied into the pretreatment of silk/cotton fabric. A three-factor orthogonal experiment was conducted to analyze the influences of different process parameters on the quality of semi-finished products. The conclusion was that the optimal process combination of using tea saponin into silk/cotton fabric pretreatment was A3B2C3;to be specific,the proportion of the amount of tea saponin to the weight of fabric is 8 %,the dipping temperature is 90 and the dipping time is 60 min. The results from the tests with this process were as follows:the whiteness of fabric is 79.68,the warp and weft strength are 308 N and 238 N respectively,the capillary effect of warp and weft are 3.4 cm/30 min and 6.8 cm/30 min respectively,and the rate of weightless is 8.2 %.
