摘　　要：在信息化的当前社会,人、财、物呈现大流动的趋势,犯罪活动的组织化、技能化、网络化越来越明显。在团伙犯罪、系列犯罪、流窜犯罪、网络犯罪高发情形下,讯问工作的重要性更加凸显。在信息化和法治化进程中,讯问工作应当与其他调查取证活动同步实施,相互印证,站在侦查一体化、信息化的高度,加强讯问工作,以口供与犯罪证据交叉核实,达到深挖犯罪的效果。In the current society of information where people, property and belongings show a trend of greater mobility, the organized, skilled and networked criminal activities are increasingly obvious. The importance of interrogation is even more prominent in the high -risk situation of gang crimes, series crimes, flexible crimes, and network crimes. In the process of informatization and legalization, the interrogation work should be carried out in parallel with other investigation and evidence collection activities. At the height of the integration of investigation and informatization, interrogation work should be strengthened, and oral confession and crime evidence should be crosschecked in order to dig into the crime.
