摘　　要：自责任清单制度推行以来,各省级人民政府先后推出责任清单,对明确责任、追究责任等事项进行梳理和公示。但从现阶段情况来看,当前已经建立的省级政府责任清单中追责机制的建设暴露出许多问题。有必要从责任的内涵和责任追究对责任清单的作用出发,梳理责任追究事项中存在的问题,对责任清单制度进行必要的完善。Since the promotion of the system of the list of responsibilities, different provincial people＇ s governments promote the list of responsibilities successively to comb and publicize items such as clearing responsibility, finding out responsibility, etc. From the perspective of the condition in this stage, the constructions of accountability mechanism in provincial the list of responsibilities that have been established currently expose many problems. It is necessary to comb problems existed in responsibility investigation starting from the connotation of responsibility and function of responsibility investigation to the list of responsibilities to make necessary perfection to the system of the list of responsibilities.
