摘 要:针对某铀矿水冶厂浸出工序的特点,研制一种以γ能谱法为测量方法的耐磨损、耐高温、耐腐蚀、抗结垢、对酸浓度变化、以及Fe^(3+)、Mo^(6+)、NH_4^+等浓度变化不敏感的铀浓度分析仪。该仪器经过实验室和现场试验表明,满足铀矿山水冶厂浸出工序铀浓度长期在线测量的需求。In view of the characteristics of the leaching process of a uranium hydrometallurgy plant, a uranium coneentration on line analyzer for leaching ore pulp was developed based on gamma energy spectrum method for measurement. The on line analyzer for leaching ore pulp stands wear and tear, high temperature resistance, eorrosion resistance, anti-sealing as well as suitable for change of acid and Fe3+ , Mo6+ , NH4+ concentration situation. The uranium concentration analyzer has been tested in laboratory and plant. Test results show that its technical specifications meet the pulp leaching process for on-line measuring uranium concentration in a uranium hydrometallurgy plant.
