摘　　要：格栅除污机是利用机械方法将格栅截留栅渣清除出水体的设备,由于不同的地理环境和不同的排污要求对格栅除污机性能的要求存在差异,所以在格栅除污机的设计过程中要结合实际需要和格栅除污机的运行原理,将通用部件和专用部件有机结合,但考虑到设计周期过长会影响产品的市场竞争力,人们尝试将具有自动设计、变形设计等功能的面向定单配置的格栅除污机快速设计系统应用于设计过程中,以此保证设计效率和设计质量。在此背景下,分析面向定单配置的格栅除污机快速设计系统的整体设计流程,探讨其关键技术,为其推广应用做出努力。The grille decontamination machine is the use of mechanical means grille gate slag clearing water interception device, due to the different geographical environment and different emission requirements for grid decontamination machine performance requirements are different, so in the grate discharge machine in the design process according to the actual needs and the grate discharge machine operation principle, the general components and special components combination, but considering the long design cycle will affect the market competitiveness of products, people will try to have automatic design, variant design and other functions of the order oriented lattice configuration screen cleaner rapid design system used in the design process, in order to ensure the efficiency and quality of design.
