摘  要:四川某铜镍矿含铜0.35%、含镍0.78%,脉石以滑石、蛇纹石类易浮、易泥化的富镁硅酸盐矿物为主,生产现场由于不能对脉石进行有效抑制,只能采用预先脱泥工艺,不仅造成铜镍损失严重,且流程复杂。采用新型有机抑制剂WY-03后,获得了镍精矿镍品位6.36%、镍回收率82.02%,铜精矿铜品位23.97%、铜回收率72.96%的优异指标。A copper nickel ore in Sichuan contains 0.35% copper and 0. 78% nickel. The main gangues are talc, serpentine these magnesium rich silicate minerals, which are easy flotation and sludge. In the field of production, be- cause the gangue cannot be effectively inhibited, only the pre-desliming process was adopted, that not only caused serious loss of copper and nickel but also was complex process. After the new organic inhibitor WY-03 was used,the result was ideal and the nickel concentrate and the copper concentrate were obtained,the nickel concentrate whose grade is 6. 36%and recovery rate is 82. 02% ,the copper concentrate whose grade is 23. 97% and recovery rate is 72. 96%.
