摘  要:高铁铝土矿由于自身特质,铁铝分开提取较为困难,大量研究表明直接还原—磁选工艺可有效分离铁铝,其关键所在是提高铁的金属化率及铁晶粒的长大。本文着重对高铁铝土矿直接还原过程中反应的热力学进行分析,搞清楚还原过程中可能生成的难以还原的含铁矿物,并针对其还原特性提出相应的提高铁金属化率及有助于铁晶粒长大措施。Due to its own characteristics of high ferric bauxite, the separation of iron and aluminum becomes rather difficult. Many works have shown that the" direct reduction-magnetic separation" process can effectively separate iron and aluminum, the key problem of which is improving the metallization rate and grain size of iron. In this paper, the thermodynamic analysis of reactions during the direct reduction of high ferric bauxite was carried out, making it clear that iron bearing minerals which is difficultly reduced could be formed during the reduction process, and the measures, which is beneficial to improvement of the metallization rate and grain size of iron, was proposed according to the reduction characteristics of high ferric bauxite.
