摘　　要：目的探讨性激素六项检测对常见妇科疾病诊断的临床价值。方法260例妇科疾病患者设为观察组，选取同期100名健康体检者设为对照组，比较两组性激素六项检测结果。结果不同疾病类型患者性激素水平与正常者比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05或0．01）。结论性激素六项检查可以反映常见妇科疾病原因，帮助医生进行有效的诊断、治疗及预后分析。Objective To investigate the clinic value of six hormone determination on diagnosis of regular gynecopathy. Methods 260 cases of gynecopathy were selected as observation group, 100 healthy people at the corresponding period were selected as control group, results of six hormone determination of the two groups were compared. Results The difference of sex hormone levels between patients with various diseases and normal people had statistic significance （P〈0.05 or 0.01）. Conclusion Six hormone determination can reflect reasons of regu tar gynecopathy, help doctors to give effective diagnosis, treatment and prognosis.
