摘 要:目的:分析隐睾患儿手术后睾丸容积近期变化情况。方法:对102例术后隐睾患儿进行为期24周的随访,观察不同年龄段及不同隐睾类型患儿术前、术后12周及24周的睾丸容积变化。结果:隐睾术后12周,患儿睾丸容积与术前比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);术后24周,≤2岁、2~5岁患儿睾丸容积均较术前明显增大(均P<0.05);≥6岁患儿睾丸容积与术前比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。在单侧隐睾患儿中,术后24周,≤2岁、2~5岁、≥6岁患儿睾丸容积均较术前明显增大(均P<0.05);在双侧隐睾患儿中,术后24周,≤2岁患儿睾丸容积较术前明显增大(P<0.05),2~5岁、≥6岁患儿睾丸容积与术前比较,差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05)。结论:隐睾患儿行手术治疗均有明显疗效,但越早手术(6个月龄后至2岁)术后睾丸生长发育越好。Objective:To analyze the change of current testicular volume in children with cryptorchidism af- ter surgery. Methods: 102 children with cryptorchidism were followed-up for 24 weeks after the surgery. The testieular volume change of children with different age groups and different types of cryptorchidism were observed before the surgery and 12, 24 weeks after the surgery. Results:The testicular volume of chil- dren with cryptorchidism before surgery and 12 weeks after surgery showed no significant difference (P〉 0.05). 24 weeks after surgery, the testicular volume of children less than 2 years old and 2~5 years old was significantly increased compared to the volume before surgery (P〈0.05). Children older than 6 years old with preoperative difference had no statistically significant (P〉0.05). The testicular volume of chil- dren with unilateral cryptorchidism and younger than 2 years old, 2~5 years old, older than 6 years old was significantly increased 24 weeks after surgery compared to the volume before surgery (P〈0.05). In children with bilateral cryptorchidism, the testicular volume of those younger than 2 years old was signifi- cantly increased 24 weeks after surgery compared to the volume before surgery (P〈0.05) ; 2~5 and ≥6 years old children showed no significant difference before and after surgery'(P〉0.05). Conclusion: Children with cryptorchidism who underwent surgical treatment all had obvious curative effect, and the early surger- y (6 months to 2 years old) led to better postoperative testicular growth and development.
