壮医药线点灸配合针灸治疗膝关节骨性关节炎临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察壮医药线点灸配合针灸治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的临床效果。方法:将2015年7月~2016年7月进入我院的膝关节骨性关节炎患者80例采用随机数字表法分为实验组和对照组,对照组采用西药治疗,实验组采取壮医药线点灸配合针灸治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果:实验组总有效率92.5%明显高于对照组75.0%,差异显著具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对比两组治疗前后SF-36评分、膝关节Lysholm评分、VAS评分情况情况,两组在治疗前差异不显著,无统计学意义(P>0.05),组间比较,实验组SF-36评分、膝关节Lysholm评分、VAS评分改善情况要明显优于对照组,差异显著具有统计学意义(P<0.05),组内比较,实验组治疗前后的改善情况要明显优于对照组,差异显著具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:壮医药线点灸配合针灸治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的临床效果良好,值得临床推广。Objective：To analyze the clinical effect of acupuncture and moxibustion combined with acupuncture in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis.Methods：80 cases of patients with knee osteoarthritis from July 2015 to July 2016 in our hospital were randomly divided into experimental group and controlled group under ramdom number table method,the controlled group treated by western medicine,the experimental group adopted Zhuang medicated thread moxibustion combined with acupuncture and moxibustion treatment,treatment effects were compared between the two groups.Results：The total efficiency of the experimental group was 92.5% significantly higher than 75% in the controlled group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.SF-36 scores of the two groups were compared before and after treatment,the Lysholm knee score,VAS score,two groups before treatment had no significant difference,no statistical significance（P〈0.05）,SF-36 score,Lysholm knee score,VAS score improvement of the experiment group was significantly better than the controlled group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）,the improvement of the experimental group before and after treatment was obviously superior to the controlled group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The clinical effect of using Zhuang medicated thread moxibustion combined with acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis is good,worthy of clinical promotion.
