穴位埋线对比针刺加麦粒灸于相同穴位治疗慢性腰肌劳损急性痛疼的临床疗效差异分析

摘　　要：目的:观察穴位埋线对比针刺加麦粒灸于相同穴位治疗慢性腰肌劳损的急性痛疼临床疗效差异。方法:选取2014年12年至2016年12月在本院门诊接受治疗的慢性腰肌劳损患者126例,将其随机分为两组:试验组63例(穴位埋线治疗),对照组63例(针刺加麦粒灸治疗);观察两组患者治疗后的疗效、NRS评分、PPI评分、SF-36的生活质量评分和不良反应情况。结果:治疗后试验组患者总的有效率为93.7%,对照组患者总的有效率为82.5%,两组对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者的体征积分、PPI评分和NRS的评分均有降低,SF-36的量表积分上升,试验组患者下降或上升的更多,两组对比差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者治疗中都没有全身不良反应的发生。结论:穴位埋线的治疗方法既避免的患者每天针灸的痛苦与麻烦,且疗效更显著,对患者疼痛的缓解和治疗效果更优。Objective：To compare the clinical curative effect of acupoint catgut embedding with acupuncture plus wheat grain moxibustion at the same acupoint in the treatment of chronic lumbar muscle strain.Methods：126 patients with chronic lumbar muscle strain treated in our hospital from December 2014 to December 2016 were randomly divided into two groups：experimental group（63cases） and controlled group（63cases）,NRS score,PPI score,SF-36 quality of life score and adverse reactions were observed after treatment in both groups.Results：The total effective rate was 93.7% in the treatment group and 82.5% in the controlled group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）..There was significant difference（P〈0.05） of the scores of signs,PPI between the two groups（P〉0.05）.There was no significant difference in the scores of SF-36 between the two groups（P〉0.05）.Conclusion：The treatment of acupoint catgut embedding avoids pain and trouble of acupuncture and moxibustion daily,and the curative effect is more remarkable,and the pain relief and treatment effect are better.
