摘　　要：在建筑行业出现整体下滑、建筑教育受到较大冲击的背景下,文章从毕业设计的管理角度着手,以中国矿业大学建筑系毕业设计的教学组织与改革为例,以满足学生就业需求和毕业设计质量水平为前提,对毕业设计组织、考核及成果评价等方面进行探讨。With the decline of the construction industry, architectural education has also been hammered. Taking the graduation design of Department of Architecture in CUMT for example, this paper did some research on the teaching reform of organization, assessment and evaluation of the graduation design. The aim of the reform is to meet the demand of students＇ employment, meanwhile to keep the quality level of the graduation design.
