摘 要:以汕优63和两优培九为材料,在抽穗期剪去1/3枝梗,形成不同的粒叶比,研究其对叶片SOD、POD、CAT活性及MDA含量的影响。结果表明,与汕优63相比,两优培九粒叶比较大,抽穗后叶片SOD、POD、CAT活性下降较快,MDA含量上升较缓。同一品种剪去1/3枝梗,降低粒叶比,能减缓其叶片SOD下降以及MDA含量升高,加速POD、CAT活性降低。Using Shanyou 63 and Liangyou Peijiu as the materials, the effects of grain-leaf ratio were studied on the activities of SOD, POD, CAT and the content of MDA in leaf by way of cutting 1/3 of panicle branches at the head- ing stage to form different grain-leaf ratio populations. The results showed that, compared with Shanyou 63, Liangy- ou Peijiu had a bigger grain-leaf ratio and decreased faster the activities of SOD, POD, CAT in leaf but rose more slowly in the content of MDA in leaf after heading. For a variety, decreasing the grain-leaf ratio by cutting 1/3 of panicle branches slowed down the decrease of leaf SOD activity and the increase of leaf MDA content but speeded up the decrease of the activities of POD and CAT.
