摘 要:为提高煤炭市场响应速度和产品供给时效,降低全程物流成本和创造衍生价值,提出固定车底并基于煤炭储配基地的区域循环准时制班列的煤炭运输组织模式;以完成所有配送任务所需的机车数量最少为优化目标,构建基于煤炭储配基地的区域循环准时制固定车底班列的机车周转模型,设计基于蚁群算法的模型求解算法;结合河南济源区域实际的煤炭货源OD数据及铁路运营数据,验证了区域循环准时制班列机车周转模型和求解算法的可行性,以及该煤炭运输组织模式的效果。In order to improve the response speed of coal market and product supply efficiency,reduce the logistics cost of whole course and create derivative value,the coal transportation and organization mode of regional circulation just-in-time block train with fixed train stock based on coal storage and distribution base was put forward.With the minimum number of locomotives needed to complete all delivery tasks as the optimization objective,the locomotive turnround model of regional circulation just-in-time block train with fixed train stock based on coal storage and distribution base was constructed,and the model solving algorithm based on ant colony was designed.Combining the actual coal supply OD data and railway operation data of Jiyuan region in Henan,the feasibility of locomotive turnround model and its solving algorithm as well as the effect of such coal transportation and organization mode are verified.
