摘 要:激光远场光斑分布测量是研究高功率激光大气传输效应的有效方法,同时也是评估强激光武器作战效能的重要手段。文章设计了一种基于CCD摄像和阵列探测相结合的复合测量方法,实现了强激光远场光斑时空分布的定量测量。该系统可用于波长为l064nm±10nm,功率密度动态范围为2w/cm2~5000w/cm2激光的远场光斑分布测量。Measuring laser far-field spot distribution is an effective way to study the effect of high power laser transmission in the atmosphere, and it is also an important means to evaluate the operational capability of intense laser system. A new method based on the combination of CCD imaging and array detection is proposed in this pa- per to measure the far-field spot spatial and temporal distribution of the intense laser. The system can be used to measure the far-field spot distribution of the wavelength 1 064 nm ± 10 nm laser that its power density dynamic range is from 2W/cm2 to 5000 W/cm2.
