摘　　要：文章首先研究了所涉及的相关理论,并对相关理论基础做了界定。通过物流业务外包风险矩阵模型建立及评估,结合企业与物流服务提供商在物流业务外包的合作关系的实际情况,分析企业在物流业务外包中存在的风险。探析企业外包风险产生的原因,提出解决方案。The paper first studied the related theory, defined the basis theories of this articlel Through building and evalu- ating the logistics outsourcing risk matrix model, combination with the instance enterprise and logistics service provider in the actual situation of logistics outsourcing relationship, analy- sis the risks in instance enterprise＇s logistics outsourcing. Analysis the root of instance enterprise＇s outsourcing risk and propose solutions.
