摘　　要：在当前"依法治军"的新形势下,如何使战备物资储备走上依法治储的道路,实现战备物资储备工作的科学管理和规范运行,是亟待解决的一个问题。文章就战备物资储备法规标准体系构建的基本思想、目标任务、基本原则、构建流程以及框架构成提出了一些初步设想,以期为战备物资储备法规标准体系建设提供参考。In the new situation of ＂running the army in accordance with the law＂. the urgent problem to be solved was that how to make the war preparation material reserve go on the road of managing the storage according to law, and make the war prepa- ration material reserve run scientifically. In this paper, some tentative ideas of war preparation material reserve were proposed, ac- cording to the construction of war preparation material reserve regulations and standards system of the basic ideas, objectives and tasks, basic principles, construction process and frame, so as to provide reference for the construction of war preparation material reserve regulations and standards system.
