健脾祛炎汤治疗脂溢性皮炎30例

摘　　要：目的:观察健脾祛炎汤治疗脂溢性皮炎的临床疗效。方法:将60例符合纳入标准的脂溢性皮炎患者随机分为对照组和治疗组各30例,对照组用维生素B6及盐酸依匹斯汀胶囊口服治疗,治疗组采用健脾祛炎汤加减口服治疗,4周后观察并比较两组治疗疗效。结果:对照组总有效率为80%,治疗组总有效率为90%,两组临床疗效比较,差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。结论:健脾祛炎汤治疗脂溢性皮炎疗效较好,值得临床推广。Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of jianpiquyan soup for the treatment of seborrheic dermatitis. Meth. ods 60 patients with seborrheic dermatitis were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group accroding tothe rondom number table method. 30 cases in each group. The treatment group was treated with jianpiquyan soup, the control group was treated with vitamin B6 and epinastine hydrochloride capsules, then the eurative effect of the two groups after 4 weeks were observed and com- pared. Results After the treatment, comparing the clinical effects, in the treatment group the effctive rate was 90%, while the con- trol group the effctive rate was 80% （P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion The results suggest that jianpiquyan soup is a safe and effective exte- mally applied agent in the treatment of seborrheic demratitis.
