摘  要:选用聚醚多元醇PTMG2000、PTMG1000和二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯(MDI)等原料,采用半预聚物法制备微孔聚氨酯弹性体,研究了扩链剂种类及配比对微孔聚氨酯弹性体性能的影响。结果表明,在PTMG/MDI体系中,乙二醇(EG)作扩链剂得到的微孔聚氨酯弹性体物理机械性能较为优异;当EG和三羟甲基丙烷(TMP)并用时,随着TMP含量增加,材料的拉伸强度、撕裂强度、定伸应力均呈现先增大后减小的趋势,而拉断伸长率逐渐降低,压缩永久变形减小,回弹性增大,发泡倍率降低,动静刚度比及损耗因子先减小后增大,材料的耐热性能先增大后减小。With semi-prepolymer method,we choosed PTMG2000,PTMG1000,MDI and other raw material to synthesize MPUE,and studied the effect of chain extender on performance of MCPE.As the result showed that,in the system of PTMG/MDI,the physical performance of MPUE was comparatively great when choosing EG to be the chain extender.With the increase of TMP,the tensile strength,tear strength,stress at definite elongation and heat resistance all increased first and then decreased,but the elongation at break,compression set,foam amount decreased gradually.In the same time,rebound increased when the ratio of EG/TMP grew.While,with the increased of TMP,the ratio of dynamic stiffness and static stiffness decreased first and then increased,and loss factor behaved the same tendency.
