摘  要:目的分析和探究可吸收螺钉和自身增强可吸收棒对手足部骨折的临床治疗效果。方法方便选择该院在2016年9月—2017年1月间收治的79例手足部骨折患者为研究主体,根据随机数字表法划分为A组和B组,A组(43例)给予可吸收螺钉和自身增强可吸收棒治疗,B组(36例)给予钢板螺钉治疗。对比治疗效果和并发症情况。结果 A组的治疗总有效率、住院时间、痊愈时间与并发症发生率分别为95.35%、(15.61±3.01)d、(11.02±2.11)d、6.98%,B组分别为72.22%、(18.24±2.34)d、(14.78±1.28)d、27.78%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论可吸收螺钉和自身增强可吸收棒能较好的治疗手足部骨折,并能减少并发症,可推广。Objective To analyze and explore the clinical effect of absorbable screws and self reinforced absorbable rods on hand and foot fractures. Methods Form September 2016 to January 2017,79 cases of hand foot fracture patients were convenient selected as the research subjects, A group(n=43) were treated with absorbable screws and enhanced absorbable rods,B group(n=36) was treated with plate and screw. Comparison of therapeutic effects and complications. Results The total effective rate of group A, length of hospital stay, recovery time and the incidence of complications was 95.35%,(15.61±3.01)d,(11.02±2.11)d,6.98%,group B were 72.22%,(18.24±2.34)d,(14.78±1.28)d,27.78%, difference had statistical significance(P〈0.05). Conclusion Absorbable screws and self reinforced absorbable rods can be used for the treatment of hand and foot fractures, and can reduce complications.
