摘　　要：本文在分析南京理工大学机械工程学院2010年至2014年硕士研究生招生数据的基础上,通过对比分析发现,军工专业研究生生源质量存在重点高校生源有限、近亲繁殖现象严重、考生生源区域过分集中、军工专业考生统考分数偏低等现象。学校需发挥自身优势资源,以军工特色与学科优势作为亮点;发挥名师效应;宣传优秀学长,通过传、帮、带等措施吸引优秀生源。This paper first analyzes the postgraduate enrollment data of School of Mechanical Engineering, Nanjing University of Science and Technology, from Year 2010 to 2014. Armament postgraduate matriculation reveals several inherent weaknesses, namely, shortage of students from key universities, serious inbreeding, highly regional concentration of candidates and generally lower scores in national graduate tests. This University needs to give full play to its own excellent undergraduates, highlight its ar-mament characteristics and discipline advantages, take advantage of its celebrated teachers, give enough propaganda to excellent alumni as role models, so as to recruit excellent graduate students.
