摘　　要：应用型财经类院校核心竞争力的提高、校园文化建设应该走特色型发展路线,针对应用型财经类院校的学科特点,提出从财商素养培养、儒商文化建设、传统文化熏习等多方面进行实施,文理交叉、以人为本、强调特色化建设,提升财经类院校的核心竞争力。The core competitiveness of applied financial institutions can be improved. The construction of campus culture should take the characteristic development route. According to the characteristics of applied finance and economics colleges,it puts forward the methods of financial literacy cultivation,Confucian culture construction and traditional culture learning, and the characteristics of construction should be emphasized to enhance the core competitiveness of financial institutions.
